Who we are
Infinity Incorporation ("we", "us") operates infinityincorporation.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can reach us at hello@infinityincorporation.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form or join the Infinity Academy waitlist, we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and any optional details you choose to add, such as a phone number, budget and timeline.
Technical data. Like all websites, our server records your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. See our cookie policy.
How and why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. This is based on your consent, and on taking steps you have asked for before a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse. This is our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the website and our email. They process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our discussions, then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our use of your data, and receive a copy of it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights, and use our grievance process, under India's DPDP Act;
- complain to your data protection authority.

Children
This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Security
We protect data with HTTPS, access controls and regularly updated software. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Other websites
Our blog and domain store are separate sites and may have their own privacy notices. Links to other websites are not covered by this policy.
